Delivery
We offer flat-rate delivery across all emirates of the UAE for 30 AED per order.
Orders are dispatched within 2–5 business days of order confirmation. You will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp or email once your order has shipped.
Delivery times once dispatched are typically 1–2 business days within Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah, and up to 3 business days for other emirates.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your MAYABELLA piece. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Dresses and gowns must be tried on over underwear — we cannot accept returns with visible signs of wear, makeup, or deodorant.
- Sale items are final sale unless faulty.
How to Return
- Message us on WhatsApp within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide a return address and instructions.
- Pack the item securely with all tags and original packaging.
- Ship it back to us. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. The original delivery fee (30 AED) is non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Size Guide
Our dresses follow standard Turkish ready-to-wear sizing (EU 36–56). Measure yourself and compare with the chart below. If you fall between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit — or message us on WhatsApp for a personal recommendation.

How to Measure
- Bust — Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
- Waist — Measure at the narrowest point of your natural waistline.
- Hip — Measure around the fullest part of your hips, typically 20 cm below the waist.
Measurements are body measurements, not garment measurements. Our gowns are designed with a tailored silhouette — if you prefer more ease through the bust or hips, choose the larger size.
Plus sizes: allow an extra 2–4 cm.
